THIRD PARTY PARENTAL RIGHTS
There are times when someone other than a biological parent may be caring for a child and need legal authority to continue to do so to ensure the best interests of the child. That person may be a grandparent, relative, or even close family friend

Our attorneys have experience helping determine whether a guardianship is necessary or custody and/or visitation. It is practice that throughout the entire process the best interest of the child is kept at the forefront. We strive to support a collaborative resolution, but we also understand that is not always possible.
